Ahmad S. Ardebili
Ahmad Ardebili joined Severud Associates as an engineer in 1982, advanced to associate in 1991 and was elevated to senior associate in 2005. During the last three and a half decades, he has acquired extensive technical expertise and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Ahmad is a highly skilled designer of many structural systems. Much of his work involves additions to and renovations of existing buildings and he is a master of detailing alterations to brick facades. Ahmad’s long list of notable projects includes the Chrysler East–Kent Building addition, redevelopment of the American Airlines terminal at JFK International Airport, and the 35XV Condominium, all in New York City, as well as an addition to the Dallas Museum of Art.
Ahmad earned a Bachelor of Engineering in civil engineering from the City College of New York.
