To make efficient use of a narrow site, two mid-rise towers were developed. Severud Associates’ choice of a concrete flat plate system minimized the depth of structure and maximized the number of floors that could be included in the available space. The towers are connected at the ground and basement levels to provide communal amenities, including an open courtyard.
