Severud Associates’ work on this 1920s theater began with the assessment of its existing structure, a task made more difficult because the interior’s landmarked status allowed few probes. Other structural improvements included upgraded stage rigging, supports for new lighting and audio/visual equipment, and reinforcement of the roof for new mechanical equipment.
