Andrew Moss, PE

Associate

 

Andrew Moss joined Severud Associates in 2012 as an engineer. In 2016, he progressed to senior engineer and starting in 2018, has been providing service to clients as an associate. Andrew’s recent projects include the overbuild redevelopment at One Madison Avenue and 278 Eighth Avenue, a mid-rise residential building, both in New York City. Andrew has extensive field experience, including on-site review of the construction of One Vanderbilt Avenue, one of the tallest office buildings in New York City, which he also helped design. Andrew has contributed to many other challenging projects, including an addition to the P.S. 170 Ralph A. Fabrizio School in Brooklyn, redevelopment of Terminals C and D at LaGuardia Airport in Queens, and an overbuild study for 415 Madison Avenue in Manhattan.

 

Andrew is licensed as a structural engineer in Illinois and as a professional engineer in New York. He earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering and a Master of Engineering in structural engineering from Lehigh University.
