Daniel M. Presburger, PE

Associate

 

Daniel Presburger began his career as an engineer at Severud Associates in 2017. He progressed to senior engineer in 2021 and in 2023, he advanced to associate. In his years with the firm, Dan has gained extensive experience with the design and construction of concrete and steel buildings. In addition to analyzing, designing, and detailing structures, Dan has spent significant time in the field observing construction. Dan’s recent projects include the mid-rise residential building at 278 Eighth Avenue, redevelopment of One Madison Avenue, the overbuild and renovation of an existing concrete office building, both in New York City, and expansion of WMCHealth’s HealthAlliance Hudson Valley hospital in Kingston, New York. He has also contributed to the new corporate headquarters at 270 Park Avenue and One Vanderbilt Avenue, two of the tallest office buildings in New York City, as well as NewYork-Presbyterian’s Center for Community Health in Brooklyn.

 

Dan is licensed as a professional engineer in New York. He earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in civil engineering from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
